Thank you for your interest in Pelham Summerfest. Vendor Applications for 2026 will open on February 2nd.  

Please note the following timelines:

• February 2, 2026  – Applications open
• March 16, 2026 – Pelham Business deadline for 15% off
• March 31, 2026 – Final deadline for all applicants – applications may be considered after this date and will be subject to a $100 late fee
• Starting May 11, 2026 – Vendor approvals. Vendors will be notified by email as soon as possible after the review
