2024 Pelham Summerfest Vendor Applications
The Summerfest Working Group is now accepting vendor applications for Summerfest 2024. Please carefully review the Vendor Terms & Conditions before submitting your application. Successful applicants will receive an email shortly after the selection process and will be invoiced after confirmation.
Please note the following timelines:
February 1, 2024 – Applications open
March 15, 2024 – Pelham Business deadline for 15% off.
March 29, 2024 – Final deadline for all applicants – applications may be considered after this date and will be subject to a $100 late fee.
May 10, 2024 – Vendor approvals. Vendors will be notified by email as soon as possible after the review.
