2023 Summerfest Vendors

June 5, 2023 – Pelham Summerfest applications are now closed. If you wish to be placed on the waitlist for a cancellation spot, please fill in the application below. Vendors will only be contacted if a space opens up.

The Summerfest Committee is now accepting applications from vendors for Summerfest 2023.  Please carefully review the Vendor Terms & Conditions below before submitting your application.  Successful applicants will receive an email shortly after the selection process and will be invoiced after confirmation.

Please note the following timelines:

March 24, 2023 – Applications open

April 14, 2023 – Pelham Business deadline for 15% off.

April 30, 2023 – Final deadline for all applicants – applications may be considered after this date and will be subject to a $100 late fee

May 9, 2023 – Vendor approvals. Vendors will be notified by email as soon as possible after the review
